Meet our Staff
Maureen A. McGlinchey, M.A.
Maureen has served as Executive Director for over 15 years. She has over 40 years of extensive experience in working with individuals with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities and was instrumental in coordinating the movement of individuals from both the Pennhurst State School and Hospital and Embreeville Center into community homes in Southeastern Pennsylvania. A licensed psychologist, Ms. McGlinchey has been very involved in supporting individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental illness throughout her career. Her commitment and dedication to DDP is evidenced by the high level of professionalism exhibited by the DDP organization and its commitment to quality.
Director of Quality Assurance
As the Director of Quality Assurance, Pat is dedicated full-time to assessing quality and assuring that quality outcomes are achieved for individuals in all DDP programs. She brings over 25 years of experience in the areas of residential, day and therapeutic supports. Pat works to ensure that DDP programs are achieving their goals for people and that staff are using state-of-the-art practices and the best possible technology to provide those supports. She serves as a liaison between the many governmental and regulatory entities involved in the oversight of organizations providing services to people.
Christy Cugno has served in Delaware’s Supported Employment/Community Options Program for nearly 15 years. As Program Director, she brings a fresh, innovative approach to both the Community Options and SEP programs in New Castle and Sussex Counties. She is a tireless advocate, dedicated and committed to the program, which has had a number of participants receive awards, including, most recently, the prestigious Governor’s Award for “Employee of the Year”, in both 2006 and 2007.
